Common questions
How do I delete my account and records?
In the app, open Settings and choose “Delete account and records”. Your account, meal records, photos and weight records are deleted. This cannot be undone.
How do I stop my photos and text being sent to OpenAI?
In the app, open Settings and choose “Withdraw agreement” under “Reading meals with AI”. This applies to your account on every device. You can still record meals by searching the food composition tables or entering them yourself.
Why is no calorie target shown?
mique does not give a calorie target if any of the conditions under “Before you start” applies to you. Please talk to a doctor or midwife about goals for food and weight.
